BLEACHERS x MERCHANDISE

In 2020 I was approached to work with iconic New Jersey native Jack Antonoff’s band Bleachers on a variety of merchandise designs. Originally tasked with graphics to accompany the release of their album “Take The Sadness Out Of Saturday Night” I went on to work extensively with the band across various tour and e-com/retail decks. Many of my designs were best-sellers and helped to define the overall aesthetic of their merchandise going forward. I was able to explore not only strong typographical designs but also a lot of custom illustrations. One of the key elements of the Bleachers branding is the strong ties to New Jersey as well as Tomato imagery. A large amount of inspiration for the designs I created for the band came from retro pizza/diner adverts as well as old punk imagery.
